Processing Time All products at Our US Heroes are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days, depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Europe & Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods (holidays, etc.).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Items If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal — you'll receive tracking for each shipment.
International Orders & Customs International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processing times.
